Prayer to ask for the healing of Pope Francis

O God of all compassion and comfort! We pray you with fervor and devotion for your humble Servant of all your servants Francis, who experienced in these days of sickness and vulnerability what your Son Jesus said to Peter in the Gospel: » Very very truly I tell you, when you ll become old, you ll stretched out your hands and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go »(John 17-21).

May today around him that this someone else in the Church show him in your name spiritual Closeness, great Humanity, tender Compassion, sweet Confort and remarkable Empathy! May you O Almighty and Merciful God, if is your will, accompany him in this special and dark moment of old age and sickness, our Holy Father, the greatest witness of human hope for all time and all mankind in the world. May you the very true Doctor and therapist give to him through Saint Raphael a sweet balm and a solid anointing remedy to complete his healing process for a speedy recovery. Do not let his heart be troubled.

Send to him the Comforter in order to keep his good mood and his spirit of humor with the peace of a good conscience to be opened always to embrace your infinite and eternal love. Bring him, we ask you, to a new and singular phase of completion for his Petrine Ministry as Bishop of Rome, Successor of Petrus. « Domine, in manos tuas commendo Spiritum suum ». « Lord, into your hands, I command the Spirit of Francis ». »

Do not forget him on the road of eternity! ». But, remember him above all when you come into your Kingdom.
